1949

O. Browne & Company & O. Browne Distributing Company registered.
Acting as a general trading company, the company was successful
in distributing a wide range of products including tires, camping & kitchenware.

1988

2nd generation cousins took over the family business, renaming it Browne & Co. 
They created two divisions that focused on creating & sourcing quality products for
the foodservice & consumer markets.

1995

Thermalloy® Professional Cookware created by Browne design team, quickly became the choice of professional chefs for its durability performance and value. 

1998

Cuisipro was launched with revolutionary design of measuring cups and spoons. The brand continues to this day to be synonymous with innovation and quality. 

2005

Browne purchased premium brand Berard , known globally for their fine quality wood products, made in France since 1892. Browne Europe was also established. 

2006

Acquired revolutionary brand Duncan Kitchen Grips and expanded distribution in both foodservice and retail markets. A revolutionary product in hand safety, Kitchen Grips continues to be known for it excellence, quality and performance. 

2012

The Cuisipro design team receives a RED Dot Design Honourable Mention for their revolutionary Egg Poacher. The product continues to be a best seller for Cuisipro.

2015

Dennis Poon, seasoned kitchenware industry professional, takes the helm of Browne & Co. With the added value of vertical integration & supply chain optimization, Browne offers a unique competitive advantage & enhanced global strategic vision.

2019

Browne celebrates it's 70th anniversary! As we reached this milestone we reflected our rich history and also look forward to with excitement for our continual evolution.
