What is it like working at Browne? We are a dedicated group of hard-working professionals in sales, office and warehouse roles. There is close camaraderie as we work 5 days/week in the office so we can collaborate closely together in person; this is particularly important to support new team members who are learning their role. Our sales force works in their home office while travelling within their territory. Our warehouse workforce starts a bit earlier in the day to get a jump start on filling orders with a keen focus on working safely.
Together we are a group of 70+ people with varying years of service and experience backgrounds who work at various position levels. Some team members have moved around to different roles depending on their interests which we support where we can. In addition, we offer:
